Q4. What are your shop opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:30pm ADST. Always open online.

Q6. Replies to contact queries.
We reply to most queries within 24 hours but sometimes emails are bouncing back because the email address isn’t valid. Occasionally there might be a typo in the email address provided. Please check that you have your email address typed correctly. If you didn’t get a reply please contact us by calling (03) 9459 9998

Q1. Can I pick up from your place of business?
Yes you can during clinic opening hours. Please choose the pickup option during checkout if you would like to click and collect. Please wait for our text/email advising your order is ready for pickup to avoid disappointment.

Q2. Do you issue a tax invoice/receipt?
Yes we do. We are a Registered Australian Business ABN 34 096 443 918. We are registered for GST and all prices include 10% GST.

Q3. How do you charge for postage?
Australia wide domestic postage via Australian Post. Shipping costs for international orders are also via Australian Post.
E-books have no postage costs.

Q4. Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email for my order?
Please check your junk folder or spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation emails end up there depending on which email filters you have with your email account. Or, there may be a spelling error in the email you entered into your account.

Q5. Why does the status of my order say Pending when I have already paid?
Orders default to the status of ‘Pending’ when you first complete your online order. Once we have manually checked that payment has been received we change the status to ‘Order Confirmed’. When we ship your order we change it to ‘Shipped’ or if it is a pickup, it will show ‘Ready for Pickup’

Q1. Do you have eftpos at the clinic?
Yes we do. We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and Eftpos .

Q2. What payments do you accept online?
We Accept Mastercard®, Visa®, Amex®, Diners Club® and JCB® cards

Q3. Do you accept direct deposit into a bank account?
Yes we do but only for customers within Australia. Payment is to be made in Australian Dollars. Please note that we only ship goods after the funds have cleared in our bank account.

Q4. Do you accept International Money Transfers or International Money Orders?
No we do not, sorry. The fees for those transfers and orders are excessive. We only accept credit card payments through our website for international orders.

This policy does not limit the rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Please choose carefully. Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. Our aim is to provide a quality product and good customer service. If you have a problem with an item we want to work with you to resolve any issues.

You can choose between a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

A major problem is when the item:

• has a problem  e.g. book is misbound
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description

You can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase e.g. your receipt

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving your order.

We will refund the price of the item no later than 3 days from the day on which we receive the returned items in their original condition. We will refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
